As I talked about in our Tuesday Tunes post this month, we are stoked to be bringing you some new content, and we thought Valentine’s Day might be a great day to bring you more of what you’ve been asking for

If you’re like me, and utterly stumped on what to get a guy for Valentine’s Day, have no fear! Vday has become a notorious holiday where guy are supposed to pamper the gals. But, if it’s truly a holiday that celebrates love, it seems only fair to reciprocate the thoughtfulness and make sure your guy feels appreciated too. We picked the brains of 16 guys to see what they actually want/ expect/ would love to get from you on the big day. Below are actual quotes straight from their mouths to get your Valentine brainstorming session going:

“I’d say something small that I’m interested in. But not like clothes or anything. I mean,  golf is my biggest hobby so I’d probably like something small related to that.” -age 25

“This is kind of a loaded question in my opinion because it depends on what you really mean to each other and if you’re both on the same page for the future, but  put me down for a steak dinner with a 2008 Silver Oak Cabernet.” -age 28

“I’ just want a girlfriend that will love me unconditionally for Valentine’s Day. Please and thank you.” -age 25

“Sappy as it sounds, another 35 years. Oh, and a week doing my laundry:)” -age 57

“I’m a simple guy, so I’d be stoked with a good dinner and getting laid. I’m not sure if this is really a thing on Valentine’s Day, but if my lady ever surprised me with concert tickets or sporting tickets, I might propose on the spot.” -age 28

“Sexual favors and maybe a strip tease in lingerie.” – age 25

“I’d have to say that what I want for Valentine’s Day is just to spend time with each other. Maybe order our favorite food(s) and watch a sappy rom com.” –age 26

“All I want for Valentine’s Day is a blowjob.” -age 32

“A surprise romantic overnight stay in an out of the way location – no cities.”  –age 63

“Only thing I want is my lady to go out and get some really sexy lingerie. I mean real next level. Has to be a surprise, of course. Then a massage is always nice.” -age 25

“I’d prefer a nice dinner that we make together. After dinner I’d love alone time and definitely wouldn’t complain if lingerie was involved. Then some dessert between alone time, and end with falling asleep to a movie and/or Netflix.” -age 25

“A blowie. Final answer.” –age 24

“I would want my fiancé to cook dinner, but she kinda sucks. So I would actually like it if she learned to cook first then made dinner.” – age 25

“I think Valentine’s Day is more about the ladies, but if she spoiled me with a back massage, I’d be pretty damn happy.” -age 39

“I’m not big into Valentine’s Day so I don’t like doing or getting romantic gestures. I like to just carve out time where the two of us can hang out – pizza, beers and a movie is all I want.” -age 26

“Aside from a motorcycle, or to be involved in a high speed getaway/chase… I think what I would want for Valentine’s Day is to just spend a nice relaxing evening at home with my lady without all the pressure and stress involved with going out. Making dinner together followed by some quality time on the couch which leads to awesome sex.  Then maybe watching a movie together on the couch before drifting off to sleep.” –age 30
